200ml oat milk
2 tbsp Biscoff sauce
1 chopped Pink Lady apple
40g crumbled cashews
1 tsp coconut sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Pinch of salt
apple pie flavour, biscoff with it too. That is all.


1.Take the cashews, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Mix it and bake for 5 minutes in the oven.
2.Blend all remaining ingredients (1 tbsp of biscoff).
3.Add the shake into a jar, drizzle with more biscoff and serve with the crumbled cashews!
