3 bananas
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp agave
10ml boiling water
200g mixed nuts
100g porridge oats
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
3 tbsp vegan butter
Pinch of sea salt
Dish tray (20cm diameter is the one I used)
this one's a foolproof dessert that is the result of mixing the flavours of banoffee with the delightful apple crumble. Because of the banana, it takes super quick to cook and proves that you can make a gorgeous pudding in under 20 minutes for everyone to enjoy!

1.Blitz the nuts in a blender and mix with the oats, 2tbsp of the agave, a pinch of sea salt and the vegan butter. Combine until it forms a crumble-like consistency.
2.Chop the banana into 2cm chunks and mix in the dish with cinnamon, 1 tbsp agave, cinnamon and boiling water. Mash the bananas down so it fills the entire bottom of the tray.
3.Top the banana mixture with the crumble and pat down to ensure there's no gaps.
4.Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown (might be sooner)
5.Let it cool for a bit, then top with a bit of dairy free yogurt and you're good to go.
