40g of porridge oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana
10 ml maple syrup
200ml of plant milk
coconut oil
pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
50g plant based yoghurt
2 tbsp almond butter
oowee. perfect post workout bowl. actually tastes incredible and proves how simple it is to make a breakfast that tastes gorgeous and gives you no aggravation. up for trying a bowl?


1.Take your porridge oats and toast them in a saucepan. Add your plant milk to the oats and mix in with the scoop of vanilla protein powder. Turn the gas down and let simmer for 10 mins.
2.Slice your banana length ways creating two halves of the banana.
3.Add coconut oil to a frying pan and place your banana slices face down on the pan. Fry on a low heat for 2 mins. Add the maple syrup over the top until the bananas have caramelised.
4.Add cinnamon, half the plant yoghurt and a pinch of sea salt to your simmering oats.
5.Serve up your oats in a bowl with the banana halves on top alongside some hemp seeds, almond butter and a dollop of plant yoghurt.
