4 tbsp Almond butter
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Brown Sugar

I'm not the best baker at all so this recipe goes down an absolute treat for when you fancy a pastry but you don't want to spend hours making it from scratch!


1.Preheat an oven to 180°C Mix the almond butter with the cinnamon and sugar until combined.
2.Roll out your puff pastry sheet and spread the almondy cinnamon mixture evenly across one side.
3.Roll it tightly on the longer side until you have a log shape.
4.Transfer the pastry to a board and chop rolls of about 3-5cm length.
5.Put them on a baking sheet with the swirl side up and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6.Mix icing sugar and pour splashes of water until you have a glaze. Take the rolls out the oven and let them cool. Drizzle the glaze and let it set.
7.Then eat them as quickly as possible mate.
