40g porridge oats
200ml almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (if you don’t want the gains, add 1 tsp vanilla extract instead)
1 banana
Handful of blueberries
Handful of raspberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
I know what you’re thinking. “why are you giving me breakfast recipes when it’s dinner time?” Because this one deserves some love and attention in the evening before you wake up to it in the morning! overnight oats. You see them everywhere but here’s a great recipe that’s easy to make, it’s packed full of goodness and a great way to start the day.


1.Mix all these ingredients up!
2.And then put it in a tupperware or a bowl with a cover on top, and leave in the fridge overnight. They are techincally ready in 10 minutes in case you're after a quick breakfast
3.Go eat.
