90g oats
30g vanilla vegan protein powder (optional, but add 30g more oats)
pinch of Essex sea salt
50ml agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 flax egg (5 tbsp flaxseed with 10 tbsp water)
2 tbsp vegan butter
50g chocolate chips (dairy-free)
10ml plant-based milk
VEGAN GOOEY COOKIES🍪 yes they’re done in a frying pan and yes this a quick recipe. They remind me of the Dominos Cookies, if you know, you know. Enjoy.


1.Make the flax egg and let it sit for 10 minutes or until flaxseed has soaked up the water and goes gloopy.
2.Melt the butter. Add the flax egg and remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl.
3.Roll the mixture into balls and put on a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat. Press the balls down so it forms a flat cookie shape
4.Flip after 1-2 minutes on each side.
5.Serve it up with plant-based milk, ice cream or just the glorious cookie itself.
