30g vanilla vegan protein powder (optional, but add 30g more oats) | |
pinch of Essex sea salt | |
50ml agave syrup | |
1 tsp vanilla extract | |
1 flax egg (5 tbsp flaxseed with 10 tbsp water) | |
2 tbsp vegan butter | |
50g chocolate chips (dairy-free) | |
10ml plant-based milk |
VEGAN GOOEY COOKIES🍪 yes they’re done in a frying pan and yes this a quick recipe. They remind me of the Dominos Cookies, if you know, you know. Enjoy.
1. | Make the flax egg and let it sit for 10 minutes or until flaxseed has soaked up the water and goes gloopy. |
2. | Melt the butter. Add the flax egg and remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl. |
3. | Roll the mixture into balls and put on a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat. Press the balls down so it forms a flat cookie shape |
4. | Flip after 1-2 minutes on each side. |
5. | Serve it up with plant-based milk, ice cream or just the glorious cookie itself. |
