1 block of tempeh
4 tbsp dairy free yogurt
1 tbsp harissa paste
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
tortilla wraps
Baby tomatoes
alrighty ho, make yourself some wraps that are actually so banging, so more-ish and all kinds of good that you’ll even question why you don’t eat more food like this. I made these on a whim after reading the Sabrina Ghayour book (it's called Simply, brilliant one by the way, go get that too), and the flavours of harissa, yogurt and garlic work so brilliantly with the tempeh


1.Chop the tempeh up into small pieces.
2.Mix the yogurt, harissa, garlic, paprika, oil and lemon in a bowl until combined. Then chuck in and marinate the tempeh.
3.Stick in a hot 180°C oven for 20 minutes.
4.Prepare a wrap with some yogurt, harissa, rocket and baby tomatoes, then add in the cooked tempeh.
5.Wrap it up, eat it up, love it.
