1 can drained chickpeas
1/2 garlic clove
4 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon
Good pinch of sea salt
100ml ice cold water
Stop buying hummus and make your own. this is a foolproof recipe for the god’s dip, and will make you forget about the days where you’d scran on a pack of hummus and carrots.


1.Blitz all the ingredients together except for the water and keep blending until it forms a thick paste.
2.Don't worry about the thickness, it's all part of the process. Now add the water one bit at a time and keep blending to your desired consistency!
3.You may not use all the water, and that's alright! But finish it with seasoning, lemon if needed and a bit more tahini.
4.Go toast some bread and dip it in.
