200ml plant milk
1 tsp almond butter
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
2 fat ice cubes (or the frozen banana below)
1/2 banana (or whole frozen banana)
1 tsp maca powder
Pinch of Essex sea salt

1.Blend all ingredients but add the protein powder in last.
2.Take a glass and spread a tablespoon of almond butter over the insides in a swirling motion
3.Drink it. Love it. Enjoy it.
