So I get it. You think smoothies are dull? You think they're too complicated to do. Well here's the way I do them, and I think you should too. They're all great, I particularly love the green one, but as your parents would say, no one really has a favourite child.
1. | Blitz ingredients in a blender till smooth. Add more milk or frozen fruit when required to get the consistency you like. |
